Do quotes cost anything?
No. Site visits and written quotes are always free and no-obligation. Photos via Instagram DM or email are a great way to get an early ballpark before we visit.
How long does it take to skim a room?
A standard room is usually skimmed in a day, then needs a few days to dry fully before painting — faster with forced ventilation. Multi-room projects are quoted with a clear day-by-day schedule.
Can you match or repair damaged render?
Yes — cut out, re-enforce, re-board, re-skim and re-render. We match traditional sand & cement systems and can refinish whole elevations so repairs simply vanish.
Do you use moisture-resistant board in bathrooms?
Absolutely. Wet rooms, bathrooms and kitchens get pink moisture-resistant board on walls and ceilings (“lids on every room”) before skimming or tiling prep.
Will you move furniture and protect the property?
That's standard. We cover floors and furniture, isolate dust as far as practical, and leave everywhere cleaned down at the end of each day and at sign-off.
Are you insured, and do you give receipts?
Yes to both. We work fully insured with written quotes, clear payment stages and receipts for every job.
